Processing and delivery
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and stock verification. Estimated delivery dates, serviceability and applicable shipping charges should be shown before payment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by PIN code and carrier.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges and any free-shipping threshold are calculated by the checkout rules configured for the store. Confirm the values and serviceable PIN codes before accepting orders.
Tracking and failed delivery
Provide a shipment tracking reference when one is available. Publish a process for incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, damaged parcels and returned-to-origin shipments.
