Orders and pricing
Product listings, availability, delivery estimates, taxes and shipping charges should be confirmed at checkout. An order is accepted only when the seller confirms it under the final published order policy. Prices and promotions may change prospectively; existing confirmed orders must be handled under applicable law.
Payments
Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. Do not share OTPs or payment credentials with support staff. Payment confirmations and refunds are subject to provider verification and applicable rules.
Product information
Publish accurate descriptions, specifications, country-of-origin information where required, warranty details, seller information, and applicable product warnings.
Complaints and disputes
Publish a monitored grievance contact and required timelines after legal review. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
